Product Description:

The Fixing Socket – also referred to as a flat end lifting insert – is an essential lifting accessory widely used in precast concrete construction. It is manufactured from high‑strength alloy steel tubing, selected for its excellent mechanical properties, ensuring high load capacity, fatigue resistance, and long‑term durability under demanding site conditions.

One end is hydraulically flattened and precision‑drilled with an aperture to accommodate reinforcing bars. This design feature enables even distribution of lifting forces throughout the concrete section, significantly improving bond and anchorage, and effectively preventing pull‑out or slippage during lifting operations. The opposite end is precision‑threaded to provide a secure and reliable connection with standard lifting loops, hoist rings, or other compatible lifting devices.
