To provide an accurate quote, we typically need the following:

·Dimensions (length, width, thickness, diameter, etc.)

·Surface treatment (zinc plating, powder coating, anodizing, black oxide, Dacromet, etc.)

·Quantity required

·Any special packaging or branding requirements

Yes, we can provide mill test certificates, material composition reports, RoHS/REACH compliance reports, and salt spray test reports upon request.

Yes, we welcome third-party inspection agencies (e.g., SGS, BV, TÜV) to conduct inspections before shipment. We will fully cooperate with the inspection process. 

We supports a 30% down payment after confirming the contract/PI, and the balance will be paid before shipment/copy of the bill of lading. We have many payment methods.

For samples, it usually takes 7 working days. For mass production, it's typically 25 days after we receive your deposit.

Our standard packaging is woven bags combined with wooden cases. Customized packaging is also available upon request.
